First clip released from upcoming thriller, ‘71

In ‘71 a young British soldier, Gary Hook is accidentally left behind by his unit.

StudioCanal have released the first clip from the upcoming thriller ‘71 which is premiering at the London Film Festival on Thursday October 9th and is in competition for the Sutherland award.

In ‘71 a young British soldier, Gary Hook (a phenomenal performance by Jack O’Connell) is accidentally left behind by his unit during a riot in Belfast. Unsure of who to trust he must survive the night in a hostile environment and find his way back to the safety of his barracks before he is found by IRA soldiers intent on ending his life.

Joining O’Connell are Sean Harris (Prometheus, Deliver Us From Evil), Killian Scott (Calvary, Good Vibrations), Martin McCann (Killing Bono, The Pacific), Charlie Murphy (Philomena) and Richard Dormer (Game of Thrones, Good Vibrations).
