With Battlefield Hardline receiving a decent batch of high-numbered review scores (our review coming soon!), EA have launched Battlefield Hardline: Live, giving hardcore players a chance to bag themselves £10,000 as they take part in a live, controlled theatre experience in Central London.
Organised by theatre company differencEngine, the game has been running since 18th March and will last until next Wednesday, 25th March at a secret, hidden location. A chosen crew will delve into a murky world of ‘deceit and destruction’ (which implies the event takes place on Downing Street #satire #mocktheweek) that sees a crew leader claiming the £10,000 bounty but having to face the ultimate dilemma – keep the goods or share with the rest? (And if it IS on Downing Street, well, enough said…)
Drawing inspiration from the Battlefield franchise’s latest entry Battlefield Hardline and its new game modes – Heist, Blood Money and Rescue, EA’s social team call it the ‘ultimate test of strategy under the most extreme pressure’. We say this sounds a bit like the Crystal Maze and we’re in! Would you start the fans, please?

Battlefield Hardline is available now on PC, PS4, PS3, XBO and Xbox 360.
