Bon Iver have announced a run of Asia shows for February and March next year.
Despite Justin Vernon recently claiming that there were no plans for new Bon Iver material or tours, the dates were announced with the simple reasoning of, “We’re going because we’ve never been.” Which is fair enough, suppose.
The silence surrounding Bon Iver has begun to crack of late, due in no small part to Justin Vernon’s Eaux Claires Festival this year, at which Bon Iver performed two new songs. That fest is set for another outing next year, too. Full dates for the Asia run are as follows:
FEBRUARY
21 Seoul, South Korea, Ax Hall
24 Taipei, Taiwan, TICC
26 Singapore, The Star Theatre
29 Tokyo, Japan, Studio Coast
MARCH
02 Osaka, Japan, Zepp Namba
05 Manila, Philippines, Wanderland Festival
08 Hong Kong, Macpherson Stadium
