Latitude 2016: Introducing the DIY Den at Latitude 2016

Introducing the DIY Den at Latitude 2016

Over the weekend, we’re bringing you super secret, invite-only exclusives from some of the fest’s best bands.

We’re making ourselves right at home at this year’s Latitude Festival. Across the weekend (15th-17th July), some of the fest’s best bands are paying special visits to our DIY Den, a brand new space where we’re hosting invite-only gigs, fan Q&As, meet and greets, all sorts more.

Ok, so the DIY Den isn’t that secret. It’s located behind our Alcove Stage, where the likes of Kero Kero Bonito, The Magic Gang and Danny L Harle are playing.

But to attend any of our DIY Den events, you need to be a competition winner. We’ll be giving away invites on Twitter all weekend, so keep an eye out.

Now for the exciting news. It all kicks off tomorrow with a special, stripped-back (ooh er) set from Blaenavon. They’re performing from 3.30pm, and you’ll need to keep watch of their socials to be in with a chance of going.

Next up, the amazing Oh Wonder will be turning up for a special fan meet-and-greet session. Bring goodies to sign, try not to hyperventilate. It’ll all be fine.

The only other requirement, obviously, is that you’re already at Latitude and not sat at home. But you can keep track of all the DIY Den action through our snapchat (‘diymagazine’), Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
