Watch: Tei Shi airs new video for ‘Keep Running’

It’s a taste of what to expect from her upcoming debut album ‘Crawl Space’.

Brooklyn-based Valerie Teicher – aka Tei Shi – has finally announced that her debut album ‘Crawl Space’ will be released on 31st March. Hallelujah!

On Facebook, she said: “I can’t wait to share the past 2 years of my life & whole heart with you”. Well, there’s no waiting around to hear the first single from the album, the lovelorn, ethereal pop number ‘Keep Running’.

In its new video, directed by Agostina Gálvez, Tei wanders through her very colourful home while performing a spot of karaoke in various rooms (which you can sing along with too!) and having a bit of a slumber party. On the track she might be lamenting that her lover keeps running from her, but here we’ve got a feeling that Tei might just be running from that rather large tarantula in her front room. Might want to get pest control out for that one.
