Sea Girls deliver rousing guitar-pop on ‘Call Me Out’

The London-based bunch’s debut single is a soaring introduction.

Now based in London after relocating from their hometowns in Leicestershire and Kent, Sea Girls are bursting forth with their debut single ‘Call Me Out’.

Taking from their debut EP, which is out on Almanac Recordings on 8th June, it’s an absolute juggernaut of an introduction to the four-piece’s rousing brand of guitar-pop. It’s packed with pulsating bass, some jangly yet raucous guitars and underlying synths that add even more dynamism (not that it really needed that in amongst all the euphoria).

The emphatic, soaring chorus is likely to get stuck in your head all day, and might well be a sing-along moment at any future gigs. You’ll have to wait a bit though for more dates though, because pretty unsurprisingly their EP launch show at The Islington in London on 8th June is completely sold out!
