The record’s first taster, ‘A Private Understanding’, is streaming now.

Protomartyr have announced that they’re signing to Domino Records for their new album! ‘Relatives In Descent’ is coming out in September and will be the band’s first release for the label.

The record is being previewed by first single ‘A Private Understanding’, with the album coming out on 29th September.

I used to think that truth was something that existed, that there were certain shared truths, like beauty,” says vocalist Joe Casey. “Now that’s being eroded. People have never been more skeptical, and there’s no shared reality. Maybe there never was.”
