Dream Wife & Pixx amongst the latest artists to get PRS Foundation’s Momentum funding
Doe, Trudy and the Romance and Estrons are also included in the twenty acts receiving funding.
Dream Wife, Pixx and Doe are three of the latest acts to receive funding as part of PRS Foundation’s Momentum Music Fund.
In the latest announcement, it’s been confirmed that a total of twenty acts have successfully applied to the fund - which is supported by PRS Foundation, Arts Council England, Spotify and PPL - with the money going towards helping each artist take advantage of the momentum - geddit? - they have gained so far in their careers.
While Dream Wife and Pixx will receive funding to help support their next UK tours, Doe will use the money to begin the recording of their second album, the follow-up to last year’s ‘Some Things Last Longer Than You’.
