Table Scraps are puppet masters in their video for ‘I’m A Failure’

Their new album ‘Autonomy’ came out last week.

Table Scraps released their new album ‘Autonomy’ just last week and now they’re back with a video for ‘I’m A Failure’.

And contrary to the title, it’s a roaring success. Filled with sock puppets. Speaking of the video, the band said: “Being in a rock band in 2018 (with no money) creates the kind of situation that is inherently funny. Rockstar excess and the budgets that go with it are - thankfully - long gone. The baggage of those ideas still limps along, although the bravado and indulgence of it all doesn’t have a place in the modern world.

They continued: “We thought there was no better way to sum this up than with sock puppets rocking out over explosions in a cliché-ridden music video, watched by bored Beavis and Butt-Head versions of ourselves. See if you can count how many explosions there are in the solo!”

Table Scraps are about to head to Brighton’s Hope & Ruin tonight as they continue a headline UK tour. Tickets are on sale now.
