The Decemberists announce Autumn UK/Irish shows

The band’s new album ‘I’ll Be Your Girl’ is out this month via Rough Trade.

The Decemberists are releasing their new album ‘I’ll Be Your Girl’ in a fortnight via Rough Trade, and have announced live dates supporting the album later in the year.

Colin Meloy and co. had already revealed North American shows in support of the album, and now UK and Irish dates have been added to the world tour.

The band will begin the run in Dublin on 4th November at Vicar Street, with a huge London show set for the 7th at Hammersmith Apollo. The tour kicks off this month in the US.

‘I’ll Be Your Girl’ has been previewed by first track ‘Severed’, a preview that saw the band step fully out of their comfort zone.
