Los Campesinos! announce vinyl reissues and huge London Forum show

‘Hold On Now, Youngster’ and ‘We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed’ are coming back to wax.

The first two Los Campesinos! albums turn 10 this year, and the band have planned something very special to commemorate their birthdays.

‘Hold On Now, Youngster’ and ‘We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed’ will both be released on vinyl (the latter for the first time in the UK), due for release on 12th October.

The following day, the band will play the biggest show of their career so far at the Kentish Town Forum in London.

At the show, the band will play two sets - the first will be a ‘2006-2008’ set, comprising tracks from the reissued records. The band will then play a headline set, of tracks from their four newer records, from 2010’s ‘Romance Is Boring’ through to last year’s ‘Sick Scenes’.

The vinyl reissues will feature all types of goodies, including a limited run of copies with alternate artwork. The ‘Hold On Now, Youngster’ LP will also come with a second side of b-sides from the album’s era.

Pre-order the vinyl here, and re-visit the title track from ‘We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed’ below.
