Wild Nothing shares video for ‘Letting Go’

Things get a little bit weird.

Wild Nothing has released the video for ‘Letting Go’.

Taken from his upcoming fourth album ‘Indigo’, things get weird in the video, which features the band’s Jack Tatum in a surreal, dream-like sequence featuring a bodybuilder, snails, scarecrows, psychedelic mushrooms and more.

‘Indigo’ will be Wild Nothing’s first album since 2016’s ‘Life Of Pause’ and is due for release on 31st August. Via a press release, Jack explains of the album: “I wanted it to sound like a classic studio record, as close as I could get it there.

“It just boils down to me wanting to fit into some larger narrative, musically, in terms of these artists I love. I think about how my music will age. Ideas of ‘timeless’ are going to be different—so if Indigo is not timeless then it’s at least ‘out of time.’”
