‘Deep Green’ and ‘I Won’t Run From It’ both appear on the new PEOPLE Mixtape 1.

Cast your minds back to June, when Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon and The National’s Aaron Dessner launched their new PEOPLE collective. One of the main highlights from their streaming service was a new EP from the pair’s own project Big Red Machine and now, they’ve followed it up with two new tracks.

As pointed out by Pitchfork, the PEOPLE project has now released a new 17-track mixtape - titled ‘PEOPLE Mixtape 1’ for all you fact fans - which includes the two tracks.

Taken from the project’s forthcoming debut album, which is tens tracks in length and is due for release on 31st August via PEOPLE / Jagjaguwar, you can now hear both ’Deep Green’ and ‘I Won’t Run From It’ below.
