Bon Iver announce hotel lock-in events

Dinner, yoga and a show from Justin Vernon and Sean Carey at an Eau Claire, Wisconsin hotel take your fancy?

Hotel stays don’t normally come quite like this. A six course dinner, a Bon Iver set and some morning yoga sounds pretty idyllic, huh? Well head to Justin Vernon’s Uxbow hotel in his hometown of Eau Claire, Wisconsin in September and November, and you could experience just such a thing.

Justin Vernon and bandmate Sean Carey announced one of the ‘Lock Inn’ events earlier this year, and are now back with two more nights, on 13th September and 20th November.

The package includes a six-course dinner, live performances from Vernon and Carey, and a morning ’Vinyl Vinyasa’ yoga session, which we’re still quite unsure of the ins and outs of.

More musical guests are set to be announced soon.

Justin Vernon released two new songs with his Big Red Machine project - a collaboration with Aaron Dessner of The National - last week. The pair’s PEOPLE Festival heads to the Funkhaus in Berlin this week.
