The Sløtface bassist’s back with another slow jam.

After impressing back in June with debut solo track ‘Malibu’, Sløtface bassist Lasse Lokøy is back with another song under his Lokoy mononym - ‘Unfortunate’.

“‘Unfortunate’ is a straight-up love song,” he says. “We did a six-week EU tour with Sløtface right after our album came out, and I missed my girlfriend a lot during that tour. I think I wrote these lyrics just to feel like I was closer to her.”

It features the guest vocals of fellow Norwegian DePresno. “A couple of weeks after the tour, I showed DePresno the song and asked if he’d be up to sing it. He was instantly into it, and we booked a studio the day after.”
