Drenge share ‘Fade To Black’ video and announce Night Of The Living Drenge hometown show

The band’s new EP ‘Autonomy’ is out next month.

Drenge’s new EP ‘Autonomy’ is out next month, and the band have now shared a new video for its most recent track ‘Fades To Black’

The new video sees the return of the band’s new robot friend, DR3-NG3, who appeared in their recent video for ‘Autonomy’ track ‘Before The War Begins’

“After an online poll revealed 59% of Drenge fans (444 surveyed) found their promotional robot, DR3-NG3, to be in some way “problematic” we sent the automaton out to meet the people,” the band say of the new clip. “Here he is climbing Sheffield’s famous Moor high street, exhibiting simple behavioural standards and politeness programming.”

The band have also revealed plans for Night Of The Living Drenge, a hometown halloween show on 3rd November at Hope Works in Sheffield. They’ll also host an EP party on 6th October in Sheffield as part of the Sensoria Festival, where DR3-NG3 will host an evening of ‘Robo-Karaoke’. More details on that one here.

Watch the ‘Fade To Black’ video below. ‘Autonomy’ is out 5th October.
