Smashing Pumpkins, The Hives, Black Midi and more added to Mad Cool 2019

The Madrid festival has also published day splits.

Smashing Pumpkins, The Hives, Black Midi and more have been added to the bill for next year’s Mad Cool festival.

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, Jorja Smith, Jon Hopkins, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and Teenage Fanclub are also among the additions to the festival, which takes place in the Spanish capital between 11th and 13th July 2019.

They join headliners Bon Iver, The National and The Cure, plus acts including Vampire Weekend, The 1975 and Mogwai.

Last year’s festival included appearances from Arctic Monkeys, Nine Inch Nails, Wolf Alice and Jack White, among others.
