King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard return with new single ‘Cyboogie’

The new song follows the band’s extraordinary run of five albums released in 2017.

Back in 2017, Aussie psych weirdos King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard achieved the seemingly unachievable, releasing five (five!) albums in the space of 12 months.

While the following year was relatively quiet for the band (though they toured the records extensively, including landmark headline shows at Green Man Festival and London’s Brixton Academy), they’ve started 2019 by returning with suitably outlandish new single ‘Cyboogie’.

The near-seven-minute return comes complete with its own space-themed video, and shows that their weirdness isn’t coming close to diminishing with age.

Watch the new video for ‘Cyboogie’ and welcome back King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard below.
