Billy Corgan announces solo Glasgow live date

He’s heading across Europe on his lonesome.

With news that’s got us hoping for a Eurostar-based recreation of that infamous Disneyland train pic, Billy Corgan’s heading across Europe on his tod this summer, with a Glasgow date lined up in June.

He’ll begin the trip in the Scottish city at St Luke’s, before heading to Dublin, Luxembourg City, Hamburg, Paris, Utrecht and Bucharest.

Tickets are on general sale from 9am on Friday 8th March.

The dates are around Smashing Pumpkins’ plans, which include a handful of festival spots including Download, Open’er, Mad Cool, Nos Alive and more. They then tour the US with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds (for some reason) and AFI from late Summer.
