Hatchie unveils joyous on-the-road video for new single ‘Obsessed’

Hatchie shares a montage of footage from her tour with Girlpool as her latest video

Hatchie has revealed new single ‘Obsessed’, along with a video comprising of iPhone footage from her recent US tour in support of Girlpool.

“It’s a song about friendship,” says the Australian musician, currently gearing up for the release of her debut album ‘Keepsake’ via Heavenly on 21st June.

“I wrote it when reflecting on my teenage tendency to cling to a new best friend for support, until I eventually convinced myself I wasn’t worthy of their friendship. It’s ultimately a celebration of meeting somebody who you look up to who helps you grow into a more adventurous person.”

She’ll be building up to the album release with a run of UK dates.
