Listen: Wildeflower Streams New Track ‘Nothing Happens’

Max Kinghorn-Mills’ second work is out this June via. Stella Mortos.

It’s been a long time (in fickle blog years), but Wildeflower have returned with the new offering ‘Nothing Happens’.

After we fell for Max and co last spring they took to a Surrey countryside studio to record their debut album - unfortunately they encountered some stumbling blocks and lost all their sessions. However new sessions were undertaken in December resulting in their recently announced EP ‘Harbour & Good Company’.

‘Nothing Happens’ is glorious, gently told with acoustic strumming and heartfelt croons. Max Kinghorn-Mills, the band’s main songwriter has stated on the EP: ‘I wanted to return to the frame of mind I recorded my earlier demos with; instinctive and humble. I think of this EP as ‘music for headphones’.’
