Ahead of releasing their third album ‘Stranger Things’ on 26th February, Yuck have shared a cover of one of their favourite bands. Taking on Fugazi’s classic track ‘Cash Out,’ they have also announced a UK tour.
Speaking about the cover in a press release, Yuck frontman Max Bloom said “this is my favourite Fugazi song from their 2001 album ‘The Argument’. The whole record is fantastic, but this song in particular stands out for me mainly because of its lyrics and how relevant it still feels more than a decade on. I’m not sure exactly what inspired Fugazi to make this song, but I imagine I share the same anger and frustration as they do.”
The extra dates come after a previously announced North American tour, along with a two night stint at London’s Moth Club in February. Catch Yuck in the UK on the following dates:
