On the telly: Ty Segall and the Muggers perform ‘Candy Sam’ on Colbert

King Tuff, Mikal Cronin and members of Wand all make up The Muggers band.
Ty Segall and his new band The Muggers took ‘Candy Sam’ - a cut from his new record ‘Emotional Mugger’ - to Colbert last night. The new album came out at the end of last month after previously circulating on taped-over Blockbuster VHS.
The Muggers, Ty Segall’s new backing band, features several familiar collaborative faces. King Tuff, Mikal Cronin and members of Wand performed with Ty on Colbert, the frontman sporting some very fetching white make-up. Halloween has been and gone, mate!
