Jack White announcees ‘Acoustic Recordings 1998-2016’ collection

The double LP includes a previously unreleased White Stripes song, ‘City Lights’.

Jack White has announced details of acoustic double LP, set for release next month.

‘Jack White Acoustic Recordings 1998-2016’ is out 9th September, both digitally and - obviously - on 12”, and features reworked versions of songs from across his various projects - plus a previously unreleased White Stripes song, ‘City Lights’.

The track was originally written for 2005 album, ‘Get Behind Me Satan’, and is the first new (worldwide commercially released) White Stripes song since 2008.
