If you’ve ever watched an episode of ‘Bob’s Burgers’ then you’ll know that the Belcher family aren’t afraid to bust out a few tunes.
Now, every single musical moment from seasons one through six are being squeezed together into the ‘Bob’s Burgers Music Album’, produced by series creator and executive producer Loren Bouchard’s Wilo Productions, alongside Sub Pop, Bento Box Entertainment and Fox. The 112 (yes 112) track collection features everything from the “really not subtle” ‘Oil Spill’ to ‘T-I-N-A’, ‘Gravy Boat’ to ‘Sex Sex Sex Sex Sex’ (all of them classics, I’m sure you’ll agree).
But as well as all the tunes from the series, there’s also an exciting bonus in the form of five covers from the ‘Bob’s Buskers’ series. It features St. Vincent, The National and Lapsley, as well as Stephin Merritt of The Magnetic Fields. The National and Lapsley’s team-up to sing the epic ‘Bad Stuff Happens In The Bathroom’ (taking on the roles of Bob and Louise Belcher for the loo-based duet) emerged last year and yep, it’s featured on the album.
If you’re still not convinced that the album will be amazing, then one of Bob’s only loyal customers Teddy is on hand for a special unboxing. Watch him unveil the collection and revisit ‘Bad Stuff Happens In The Bathroom’ below.
