Perfume Genius’ new album is called ‘No Shape’, hear a teaser of single ‘Choir’

As is so often the case, Shazam has given the game away.

Perfume Genius has shared a teaser of new music from his upcoming fourth album. Mike Hadreas confirmed his return of sorts by announcing a US tour for May, and has now confirmed that he’s back…back…BACK!

As well as the teaser, an eagle-eyed commenter on Stereogum (in this instance, DO read the comments!) decided to Shazam the song, revealing that the new album is called ‘No Shape’, with the teaser coming from new single ‘Choir’.

‘No Shape’ is set to be the singer’s first LP since 2014’s ‘Too Bright’, and looks set to be released in the first half of this year. What a bloody world we live in.

Listen to a snippet of ‘Choir’ below.
