The pair have announced a run of October dates, and also have a new video for ‘Maid Of The Mist’.

Diet Cig are coming back to the UK! The pair released their debut album ‘Swear I’m Good At This’ last week (7th April) and have announced a whole load of UK and mainland dates in September and October.

The UK portion of the tour begins on 13th October at the Rough Trade store in Nottingham, and a London show is set for the Moth Club in Hackney on 25th October.

We caught up with Alex and Noah out at this year’s SXSW to talk all things ‘Swear I’m Good At This’. Talking about the record, Alex says: “I guess a lot of the stuff is super dramatic, but I think those feelings are real. Sometimes you just feel like shouting your feelings. You don’t want to be told you’re being crazy. Just because you’re telling your feelings, it doesn’t mean you’re being whiny or bratty. And this record is about being like, ‘fuck that, I’m going to tell you my feelings, and they’re valid’. I hope this record can tell other people their feelings are valid too.”

The band have also shared a new video for ‘Swear…’ track ‘Maid Of The Mist’. Watch that and view the tour dates below.
