Festivals: Glastonbury 2017 announces Block9 line-up

Featuring Mykki Blanco, Midland and Pearson Sound.

After revealing a big chunk of its line-up earlier this month, this year’s Glastonbury has now shared the line-up for its Block9 area.

The late-night arena, in the south east corner of Worthy Farm, is celebrating its fifth birthday this year, and welcomes the likes of Mykki Blanco, Midland and Pearson Sound.

Blanco is set to play live at the festival’s notorious gay club, the NYC Downlow, alongside Mandel Turner and Jonny Woo.

Glastonbury announced the likes of Lorde, The xx, The National, Royal Blood, Katy Perry, Biffy Clyro, Glass Animals and countless others to join headliners Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Royal Blood.

The festival takes place in Somerset from 21st-25th June. A small resale of tickets is taking place this week.

Last year, Glastonbury revealed a host of its stages’ line-ups day by day, so stand by for more announcements which may well be imminent.
