Bad news for fans of noisy Dubliners: Girl Band have cancelled all their remaining shows for this year.
Late last year the band went on tour to promote their debut album ‘Holding Hands With Jamie’, a rescheduled jaunt after cancelling European tour dates earlier in 2016. It looked like they were on the mend, but the band have taken to Facebook to announce that they have been forced to call off the remainder of their dates in 2017.
In the statement, the band said: “We’re very sorry to announce that due to health issues in the band we have to cancel all upcoming shows for this year. We sincerely apologise to all the promoters and fans affected by this.” Here’s hoping they make a speedy recovery!
