Super producers: Hot Chip and Purity Ring have helped produce Katy Perry’s ‘Witness’

The pop megastar’s new LP arrives on 9th June.
On 9th June, pop megastar Katy Perry will release new album ‘Witness’, her first since 2013’s ‘Prism’.
Now a bit more about the album has been revealed, and it turns out she’s enlisted some heavyweight help for the album’s production. According to iTunes credits and as reported by Pitchfork, Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor and Joe Goddard have produced the final track on the LP, while Purity Ring’s Megan James and Corin Roddick have lent their assistance to a whole three tracks!
Other production credits on the LP include Duke Dumont and Promnite (who worked on new single ‘Swish Swish’), Mike WiLL Made-It and Jeff Bhasker.
Recently, Katy revealed a remix of her latest single ‘Bon Appétit’ by MUNA, which, of course, was epic.
