Listen: Lorde shares new track ‘Sober’

Lorde shares new track ‘Sober’

It’s the latest cut from her much-anticipated album ‘Melodrama’.

After sharing ‘Perfect Places’ just last week, Lorde has treated us to yet another cut from ‘Melodrama’!

‘Sober’ also follows on from ‘Green Light’ and ‘Liability’, and it’s yet another bona fide banger, complete with bongo-like percussion and blasts of triumphant brass. Previously, Lorde has stated that ‘Melodrama’ will focus on a house party, and the tune definitely fits into that over-arching concept.

Yesterday, Lorde announced a new European tour, which includes a few dates in the UK. She’ll be playing in Manchester, London, Brighton, Birmingham and Glasgow before popping off around the continent.
