It’s been a couple of months since Perfume Genius released his new album ‘No Shape’ back in May, and last night he popped into Jimmy Kimmel Live to play a couple of tracks from it.
For the two performances, he stormed through both ‘Wreath’ and ‘Just Like Love’, which proved to be both emotionally powerful and ethereal at the same time. It’s also pretty much impossible to take your eyes off Mike when he takes to the stage, so prepare to be glued to your monitors for ten minutes…
If the performances get you in the mood to see Mike and co live, then Perfume Genius also announced a string of UK shows for November recently. He’ll be playing at Glasgow, Manchester, London and Brighton before heading off across Europe. Tickets are on sale now.
