On air: Watch The War On Drugs play an acoustic version of new track ‘Pain’
It was part of a session for Towson University’s radio station WTMD.
With their new album ‘A Deeper Understanding’ fast approaching (it’s out in less than a month!) The War On Drugs have already shared a couple of tracks, including ‘Strangest Thing’ and ‘Holding On’.
Recently, they headed to Towson University and headed in to their radio station, WTMD, for a session. They ended up playing quite a long session for the station, where they played a couple of the new tracks, including a rousing rendition of ‘Holding On’.
There, they also played an acoustic version of brand new track ‘Pain’, a cut they originally aired back at New York’s Bowery Ballroom.
Watch The War On Drugs perform below. They play ‘Pain’ at about the 13 minute mark.
