On the telly: Watch Tyler, The Creator play ‘See You Again’ on Fallon

Watch Tyler, The Creator play ‘See You Again’ on Fallon

He was joined by Kali Uchis, The Roots and a mini orchestra!

Back in July, Tyler, The Creator released his fourth album ‘Flower Boy’, and not long after he took ‘911’ from the LP to Stephen Colbert’s show.

Recently, he was back on American telly to perform another track from the album, ‘See You Again’ (a track we originally wrote for Zayn). Taking to Jimmy Fallon’s ‘Tonight Show’, he didn’t appear at 30 Rock alone for the show. Nope, he decided to bring along singer, songwriter and producer Kali Uchis along for the ride, as well as The Roots and a slightly stripped back orchestra.

So, as if just hearing about that combination didn’t send tingles down your spine, the performance itself certainly will. Smooth, soulful, with a hint of jazz and a tender yet melancholic duet from Tyler and Kali at its heart, it was a pitch-perfect rendition.
