Destroyer shares new track ‘Cover From The Sun’

Dan Bejar’s new alum ‘ken’ is due tomorrow.

Tomorrow (Friday 20th October), Destroyer is set to release new album ‘ken’.

After already sharing ‘Sky’s Grey’ and the more recent ‘Tinseltown Swimming In Blood’ (which also had a video based on the 1962 French film ‘La Jetée’), Dan Bejar has given one last taste of what to expect from the record. ‘Cover From The Sun’ is a two-minute, driving alt-rock number that’s filled with propulsive riffs and tambourines as Dan twists his lines – including images of a blond Che Guevara and Shakespeare just hanging out in the park – around the foundation.

Destroyer will be heading on tour across the UK in November and December. Tickets are on sale now.

Listen to ‘Cover From The Sun’ and see Destroyer’s upcoming UK tour dates below.
