There’s just a little over a week to go before Weezer release their brand new album ‘Pacific Daydream’ on 27th October.
So far, we’ve already heard a string of tracks from it: ‘Feels Like Summer’, ‘Mexican Fender’, ‘Beach Boys’ and most recently ‘Weekend Woman’. Now they’re giving us yet another taste of what to expect from the LP in the form of ‘Happy Hour’ (just more proof that Weezer really like their alliteration). Much like their previously shared numbers, it’s another soaring, poppy one about not being able to wait for the titular time on darker days.
In the days before the release of ‘Pacific Daydream’ (which, reminder, isn’t too far off at all now!) Weezer are also hitting the road around the UK this month. They’ll be headed to Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham. Tickets are on sale now.

A great - albeit mis-matched - collection of songs.
The band also recently played ‘Living In LA’ and a barbershop-style ‘Buddy Holly’ on the Tonight Show.
‘High As A Kite’ comes with its own spoof video.
