Janelle Monáe released one of the best albums of 2018 so far, we’d say, and over the weekend brought the album to life with an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
The singer performed ‘Americans’ alongside a troupe of dancers and also gave an interview, where she spoke about her love of science fiction, The Twilight Zone, and Afrofuturism, and her relationship with Stevie Wonder. Watch the performance and the interview below.
Janelle previously performed a mash-up of ‘Dirty Computer’ tracks at the BET Awards in LA.
