The Roots and Penelope Isles have also been confirmed to play the fest next year.

The 1975 and Lykke Li are two of the first acts to be announced for next year’s edition of Pohoda Festival.

The Manchester band have confirmed they’ll be heading to the Slovakian fest in support of their new Number 1 album ‘A Brief Enquiry Into Online Relationships’.

Taking place at the Trenčín Airport in Slovakia between 11th and 13th July 2019, the event will also play host to both The Roots and new UK prospects Penelope Isles.

Tickets for next year’s fest are on sale now - head to the festival’s website for more info.

The 2018 edition of Pohoda played host to the likes of The Chemical Brothers, St. Vincent, Jessie Ware, Glass Animals and Danny Brown - check out our review of the whole thing here.
