With news that’s got us hoping for a Eurostar-based recreation of that infamous Disneyland train pic, Billy Corgan’s heading across Europe on his tod this summer, with a Glasgow date lined up in June.

He’ll begin the trip in the Scottish city at St Luke’s, before heading to Dublin, Luxembourg City, Hamburg, Paris, Utrecht and Bucharest.

The dates are:

17 Glasgow St Luke’s
19 Dublin Olympia Theatre
21 Luxembourg City den Atelier
22 Hamburg Gruenspan
24 Paris Le Trianon
25 Utrecht Tivoli Vredenburg

8 Bucharest Arenele Romane

Tickets are on general sale from 9am on Friday 8th March.

The dates are around Smashing Pumpkins’ plans, which include a handful of festival spots including Download, Open’er, Mad Cool, Nos Alive and more. They then tour the US with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds (for some reason) and AFI from late Summer.
