Brighton quartet FUR have released their infectious new pop bop, ‘Nothing (Until Something Else Comes Along)’. Their first new material since they share their self-titled debut EP earlier this year, it’s a glimpse at what the lads have been working on.
“It’s a step in the direction that some of the newer stuff lies, the perfect in between point of what we have done and what’s to come,” front man Murray says. “It was written while I was at the end of a relationship that I didn’t really want to be in anymore but I didn’t know how to tackle it; going back and forth to London, drinking wine on the train. I normally like writing songs that have a slightly wider angle, but I think this one has a more directly biographical feel.”
And because they’re such great guys, FUR have also announced their biggest headline tour to date! Check them out below:
14 - Whelan’s, Dublin
15 - McHugh’s Bar, Belfast
17 - The Bodega, Nottingham
18 - Sneaky Pete’s, Edinburgh
19 - Broadcast, Glasgow
21 - Sound Food & Drink, Liverpool
22 - The Sunflower Lounge, Birmingham
24 - Exhange, Bristol
25 - Scala, London
