The celebrated Alabama Shakes frontwoman shares the next taste of ‘Jaime’.

Brittany Howard has shared the third taste of her forthcoming solo debut ‘Jaime’, in the form of ‘13th Century Metal’.

The intense, political track features the Alabama Shakes frontwoman using mostly spoken word over a heady blend of jazz, soul, gospel and electronics. You can take a look at a live session of the song below.

‘Jaime’ is out on Friday (20th September). The singles ‘History Repeats’ and ‘Stay High’ have already been shared.

She also features in the current issue of DIY, where we find out what went into the making of the new LP.
