Following the release of second album ‘Twin Heavy’ back in August, Willie J Healey is releasing the visuals for album gem ‘Heavy Traffic’.
Speaking on the song, Willie says; “I wrote ‘Heavy Traffic’ whilst on a flight. I effectively stole conversations people around me were having. I couldn’t believe it, they wrote it for me; south facing condos, nightmares and the notebook. I remember crying on that flight.”
Directed by Jo Wheatley, the video finds Willie hoping to find 12 ballerinas for the shoot and succeeding, with the inevitable dance number following, obvs.
