
Photos Get a glimpse of Måneskin’s surprise London show
The Italian quartet performed at the capital’s Islington Academy just hours after the show’s announcement.
Last night, Italian quartet - and this year’s iconic Eurovision champions - Måneskin performed in London last night as part of a special last minute fan show.
The band, who released their single ‘MAMMAMIA’ earlier this month, took to the stage at Islington Academy for a small-scale surprise performance, ahead of their sold out Brixton Academy show next February.
Running through tracks from their their 2021 album ‘Teatro d’ira - Volume 1’ - including ‘In Nome del Padre’, ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ and their Eurovion-winning entry ‘Zitti d Buoni’ - as well as offering up their take on classics such as Franz Ferdinand’s ‘Take Me Out’, The Killers’ ‘Somebody Told Me’ and The Stooges’ ‘I Wanna Be Your Dog’, it was - as you might’ve expected - quite the explosive set.
