Dead Weather Premiere Short On C4
The band’s short film will be shown on C4.
To celebrate the release of their debut album ‘Horehound’, The Dead Weather will debut the short ‘Treat Me Like Your Mother’ on 13th July (at 00.10am) on C4.
The film was directed by Jonathan Glazer, who has previously shot videos for Radiohead.
Jack White commented on the film: ‘It was overwhelmingly electric working with Jonathan Glazer on this project, which feels more short film than video. I’ve never felt an intensity like I did on the set of this shoot. Absolutely violent, explosive, and poetic.’
