Following last month's impressive 'Flutter' track, Bristol artist Oliver Wilde has unveiled another new song from his forthcoming debut album.
'Perrett's Brook' follows in the same electro-tinged experimental pop vain, hinting at Atlas Sound and Kurt Vile influences. Dreamy, lazy guitar strums lay underneath stabbing electronic sounds while Oliver's hushed vocals drag wonderfully. It's introspective and beautiful.
Both songs are taken from the musician's forthcoming 'A Brief Introduction to Unnatural Lightyears’ debut album, which is set for release through Bristol's Howling Owl Records on 22nd July.
'Perrett's Brook' is set to precede the album's release by a week (15th June) as a cassette single on the same label. Hear it below and check out the equally impressive 'Flutter' here. You can also find live dates below.
