Nadine Shah, Crushed Beaks To Play The Big Mix Weekender

London event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support takes place the first weekend of June.

Next weekend (1st-2nd June) sees East London’s venues - Rich Mix, Cargo, Old Blue Last and Queen of Hoxton - come to life in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support’s yearly event The Big Mix.

You’ve cabaret, comedy showcases and good lord, an East London treasure hunt. But if you’re a sucker for the bands and nothing but, you’ve Neu favourites Drop Out Venus playing alongside Crushed Beaks and O. Children, who all play Cargo on Saturday 1st.

Slow Club play alongside Jesca Hoop on Sunday 2nd, while the preceding night Tom Mcrae & Nadine Shah play at Rich Mix.

Weekend tickets (and tickets for individual showcases, as mentioned above) are available here. And it’s all in aid of charity, so don’t be a cheap sod.
