Neu Colours

Colours has been a name that’s floated around London parts for several months now, but around a week ago, every word spoken on the street settled into dust, to give way for two seriously impressive tracks. Both warm us up for a rumoured full length on Marshall Teller Records for next year.

‘Drip Haze’ and ‘Missing’ show the group taking their first substantial steps. The former is a breathtaking six-minute effort, laden with layer upon layer of surging guitar with warped vocals rinsed on top. The second track, ‘Missing’, is a more brazen show of strength, with a hazy backdrop commanding almost everything. Two certified triumphs from post-punk perfectionists.

Colours’ ‘Drip Haze’ will be release as a 7’ on Marshall Teller Records on 27th Feburary.
