Still firmly taking their first steps, for Woman’s Hour 2014 represented a milestone. Years in the making, ‘Conversations’, their debut album, came out at the beginning of the summer. Since then they’ve taken on a full-time touring drummer, discovered new meanings in the songs and entered a new chapter.

In the years before, they took months out of the spotlight (following a brief buzzy spell) to find out who they really were as a band. It’s early days, but Woman’s Hour already strike as a band skilled in looking in from the outside, seeing how they can progress.
