Your daily dose of new music recommendations from Neu continues for another week. Wash away the Monday blues by heading out to some of the shows below, or simply immersing yourself in a glorious slice of new music.

WHO’S PLAYING WHERE? Soak up the chill waves, as celebrated U.S. producers Giraffage and XXYYXX team up for a show at Dublin’s Workman’s Club. It’ll be a rare moment of internet sensations rearing their heads and making a name for themselves on the live circuit. Both of these acts are from far yonder, and both go on to play a show at Dalston’s Birthdays tomorrow. But if you’re in Ireland, this’ll be a rare chance to see two of the most exciting electronic acts play together.

WHO’S MAKING WAVES?
Dominic Lord is one of the freshest hip-hop acts in the game. Hailing from Harlem, he emerged at the tail-end of last week with a new ‘Fashion Show EP’. Haziness and abstraction are the core ingredients of some of the most forward-thinking ideas we’ve seen exemplified in hip-hop for some time. Stream the EP in full, below:



FURTHER NEU BUSINESS If you thought the likes of FIDLAR took scuzzy to a new level, wait ‘till you hear Drenge. Why, these guys probably get grazes on their knees on purpose, for heaven’s sake. Every dial is turned up to its maximum point, on the brink of combustion. Drenge hold it together though, particularly on their brilliantly titled new ‘un, ‘I Wanna Break You In Half’.
