THE SONG
Kylian - Remind Me

The violin-trained expertise of Emily Holden aka KYLIAN is kept to one side on debut track ‘Remind Me’. She’s not showing off. Rather, she adds eerie flecks of classically-inclined noise to all-thrills, aqueous electronic pop. Not a shred of innocence is left to survive, as grizzly synth parts circuit the scene. Expansive, clever, but not too big for its boots. This introduction is one of the most tempting of the year to date.

[Cheers CITR]

OTHER NEU BUSINESS
Slavve // Ghost - Split Cassette
Slavve // Ghost by Slavve

Lost Artifact are releasing this frenzied, post-hardcore release from New York artists Slavve and Ghost. Both halves on the split-cassette latch onto a mind-exploding rush, all hands on deck with furthering forceful punk noise. Consider listening to Abe Vigoda for a second, then throw in the sensation of the worst hangover of your life. That’s the sound of this cassette in a nutshell.
